company, chose Farmington Hills for its headquarters leasing nearly 30,000 sf at Northwestern Highway.

Lake Road. Lastly, Alliance Catholic Credit Union leased 10,000 sf on Orchard Lake Road.
In addition to the above-mentioned office leases, the following companies chose Farmington Hills
including: Precision IR, Keller Williams Realty, The State Bank, Peace of Mind Wellness and State Farm.
