Each home offers approximately 1,300 – 1,400 sf including two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and
an attached two-car garage. Prices for these homes start at just under $300,000, equating to

Downtown Farmington.
Placemaking Opportunities
While job growth in Farmington will remain strong, the employment growth in the south Grand
River corridor will lag the city. However, Corewell Health Farmington Hills serves as a stabilizing
force in the area and will be a catalyst for healthcare and related jobs going forward.

real estate industry.
The gap in job growth is due in part to the corridor9s aged character, limited shopping and
dining offerings and other non-market related factors. The district9s commercial market
demand potential offers a considerable opportunity for growth with enhanced placemaking
including the development of a neighborhood, walkable, mixed-use center.

The City of Farmington Hills has a 2024 commercial base of 46,000 workers. When one
considers other factors such as the high education and income levels, the prime location of
Farmington, the amenities and the area freeways and access to the entire Metro Detroit area

County.
Farmington9s 2024 employment sector includes approximately 80% office-management
